The Rockets have bad offence. Look at fg% Alpi, Fred, JSmith,Brooks, Amen, CWhitmore….. under 40%!!!!!!
My biggest concern while It's a small sample size, but man it's starting to be apparent that Ime and this staff need an offensive assistant coach. I wonder if its possible to pry Sam Cassell, Jordi Fernandez, or a David Adelman to complement Ime. I don't understand how after being under Pop for so long that Ime has been kind of rigid in this offense, and not adjusting the offense to suite the personal that we have.

There are 82 games in a season, it's too early for concerns. The most important thing is that the team is healthy, for the most part.

I agree with Ben. What I'm seeing from Alperen is a lot of indecision and when not indecisive, a lot of predetermined moves (driving into double coverage and still trying to shoot over multiple big men) which is unlike him.
I didn't think about him having adjust to the newer pace but that makes a lot of sense. It's not pace in terms of running fast or getting the ball up fast. It's pace in terms of making quicker decisions in the half court which is new for Alp. All last season him and Fred would run a really slow pick and roll where he had a lot of time to read the defense, Pump fake a few times, back his man down several dribbles, then make a decision. We want to be much faster than that this year.
I think he will get there.
They need a lineup change. Smith and Dillion should be bench and they need to play Reed more.
Udoka has paralyzed Alperen's game.. Udoka does not have any idea/plan about offense.. The offense is very stagnant.. There is no player and ball movement.. The team does not seem to be playing a single offensive set prepared by the coach..
The only offense Udoka knows is "a 3 point shot after a screen".. He imprisoned Alperen into a one-dimensional player.. Somehow Alperen must save himself from this dump, or he will get wasted here..
Udoka is responsible for that "rough start"..
No movement off ball on offense when Alpy has the ball. He can definitely recognize double teams. No motion on offense, who is he gonna kick it to? Guys shooting bricks anyway. When Wemby was off the floor, they didn't pass the ball to Alpy. That was what Ryan was saying! Wemby is off the floor!!!

Teams figured out alpi and it doesn’t help he’s an undersized center
Reality of undersize big man some match up will hard for him that why the badly need a atlest 2to3 center that can reb and rimprotect if have sengun on roster

Sengun is a good player but will never be a dominant center due to his size, Jalen is the franchise player
if Jalen can score close to 30 points then we Rockets have no problem if Sengun not doing well, Rockets are looking much much better than previous years, no concern
Jackson you are making the same mistakes over and over again every single season… Alp is having a few bad games > you rush to clickbait titles, Jalen is having few great games > you rush to call him an All-star.. Just stop my dude. I love you and watch almost all of your videos but you gotta stop with this bullshit. Alp will be fine.
My take is: Houston playing a fast playing style and when that happens Sengun gets fewer touches. And when you try to play that style for the entire game is hard to maintain. The coach needs to find at least 12 minutes per game and let Sengun cook. Pair him with Brooks, Green, Tari and Jabari.
We always suffer on the 3rd quarter. That’s when u use him for 8-10min
