    Im just saying we need to pump the breaks on the Superbowl talks bringing up analytics hurts ain't thrown a touchdown in 6 quarters of football , it was nice to see us score in the second half since we got shut down on last two weeks , we need to beat the cowboys

    I remember rub blocked me on Twitter cause he said something about us being great or something while having a lead vs the lions last year and I was like pump the breaks , NOW HE SITTING HERE DOING THE SAME THING AND I ACTUALLY COMPLETELY AGREE WITH HIM lol

    This is one of those days where I’m proud to be a Philadelphia sports fan. The fact that there were local and national media all week wondering whether the fans would boo him or cheer him was absolutely absurd to me. Doug deserves every bit of this adulation.

    As an aside, one of the things I love about Jalen Hurts is how authentic he is. That was reflected by the way he went up to Doug and hugged/smiled/embraced him. Had he not actually felt that way, his actions wouldn’t have conveyed that. I’m not saying he would’ve ignored him or showed him up or anything like that. He’s always a pro no matter what. But that authenticity makes the instances where he treats people the way he treats Doug so much more meaningful.
