He’s our future this is the obvious move I don’t think it’s an overpay

  4. Let’s see if Tyler makes another jump this season. The team will definitely need it. Congrats on him getting his bread!

Good job Herro. Got your bread now you can ball out!

Crazy huge money. I don’t think we should have been in a rush to give it if it was gonna be this high. But get paid king, I think he’s still got loads of development to go so hopefully this looks like nothing in the future

    Honestly 4y 90 ok but 4y 130 mil daaaaaaaaaammm.

I’m going to tell myself Pat loved what he saw in practice lmao

Got a bag! A little more than expected, but I’m happy we’ve re-signed him

That new TV deal is going to be wild

  15. BHAFan18

This for everyone who been hating on their own star player. Better get used to watching Herro buckets for a long time

  16. Muted_Dog7317

Glad to have him locked up for the next five years

If he makes the next jump this will be a great contract, but if he plays like he did last year it’s a liability. Hope Pat saw him ball out in camp and decided it was worth it

  18. BlackMasterDarkness

Definitely wasn’t expecting 130 but get the bag boy. Love to see it

We already have no cap flexibility, I would have paid him whatever he asked for. Let’s remember we aren’t the ones who have to pay for any of this, there’s no difference between $25-32 million.

  20. Will be a good value contract once the new TV deal is signed. Next wave of superstars may be signed for up to 60m/yr so the Heat should use this opportunity to add talent once the cap jumps.

  21. Boy Wonder got his bag! Now lets see what he can do. I have full faith in him. I’ll never understand the hate he gets, especially from Heat “fans”

With this news, I hope the division of the off season can be left behind. Regardless of your past feelings, this move from our office proves a few things, namely belief in Herro as a player, and the hope to keep him long term as one of the big names of the team. Herro is officially one of Miami’s core players going forward, might as well root for him to elevate the team that put that much trust in him

Congrats Herro. Lets prove the naysayers wrong once again this year

  24. Haters disappointed they can’t include him in trades for a year. 😂

  25. It was definitely gonna be on his mind all season and be questioned on all season. Great to see FO cleared that out. Now his family dynasty is set, got a kid on the way, healthy new season. Gotta see the potential boil over this season and cement himself as the Third member of the team in the playoffs and make some all star games.

Kids got hustle and heart and is always trying to improve his game. Let’s go!
