Several days before the 36ers dropped 134 on the Suns, they only mustered 86 points against Overtime Elite, a prep team for 17-20 year old prospects.

[I believe this is the box score from that game.](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Fd74iUPXEA0c17y?format=jpg&name=medium)

Notable in that game is that Amen and Ausar Thompson, presumptive high lotto NBA draft prospects in next year’s draft, acquitted themselves well. Also, the stars against the Suns, Randle II and Franks, played much fewer minutes.

Obviously it’s pre-season, so it doesn’t really mean anything. The Suns starters were well in the positives for +/-, and many speculated that their bench might take a hit with the impending departure of Crowder anyway.

If anything, it simply underscores just how talented players are even outside the NBA and how shooting increases the variance we can expect from game to game.

The slander is funny, but they won that game too. Sometimes the game’s pace is slower and you score less but still win. I don’t think the total amount scored matters that much.

  2. Op you’re too nice in the text. Say what you really want to say

  3. Craig Randall II 3 points, 0 for 2 from 3. And then, today.

Seriously though, if they were playing days ago in the States that clears up one question I had, about how they don’t look jet lagged all to fuck like the Warriors and Wizards did in Japan.

All I am hearing is that the Suns need to be relegated, Adelaide are so far unstoppable in the states

OP: “In other words, Phoenix Suns a bunch-a bums”

36ers didn’t go all out against OTE as they play their main guys limited minutes. They went all out vs Suns though

Several days before this game Overtime elite lost to James Polk Middleschool.

3 of that starting lineup hardly saw the court tonight.

So this just tells me the Thompson twins would’ve had 75 combined against the Suns

Randall apparently went to high school in Phoenix. Combine that with him obviously wanting to show out for an NBA contract and I’m not surprised he went tf off, props to him

Y’all are really trying hard here lol

Bronny plays OTE this year I believe. Can’t wait for the post comparing his numbers to Booker’s

So a prep team of 17-20 year old prospects are better than the Suns, well said.

That game was kind of like this one for Phoenix. We used our starters for less than half of the game and game big mins to our bench and dev players
