It was a busy beginning to the marathon that will be the 2022-2023 NBA season for the Memphis Grizzlies. The future of the roster got both more and less clear, all while actual basketball was finally played (without Ja Morant and most other key contributors). Host Joe Mullinax tries to make sense of a Steven Adams extension, uncontained rookie love, and Desmond Bane’s upcoming payday on this episode of Locked On Grizzlies.

Does Desmond Bane get more than Tyler Herro's 4-years $130 million? If so, how much more?
If he doesn’t get more than Tyler hero
I think he would eventually leave the team, I mean bane is a top player in the league
Very eye opening for me. I didn't think about how the impact of Tyler's contract impacts our players upcoming contract extension negotiations. Hopefully we can retain Bane, Clark and Dillon but I'm afraid that Dillon may be traded. 🤞🏼
Keeping Adams is a win. He was a huge reason we had the 2nd best record
Adams is 29, stop making out he's past his prime. Its a big win for the franchise. Did you not watch them last season?
If you want to make a successful channel please find an original take/opinion you didn't get from other peoples videos/comments.
Your takes here are banal/bland/obvious, you need to give us a reason or at at least keep us awake.
You are wrong Joe, adams will prove you wrong.
Joe obviously hasn’t been watching Adam’s last year and the impact he had on his team mates
