I’m as hyped as anyone for that Jabari performance, but I know that it’s a business decision to not be overly competitive this year, since we still control our own FRP. And unless we come out looking like the 96′ Bulls, looking to dominate the league with some 72-10 shenanigans, there’s no reason to burn anyone out chasing those playin spots. It’s much better to let Jabari develop the clamps, let Green and KPJ develop more chemistry, and hone their skills getting around the Jabari clamps in practice, and see what we can pick up with a top 5 pick in next years draft before really pushing in 23/24….
But those wings Jabari and Tari they soooo loooooooonngg tho… Defense gonna be good. I’m looking forward to K-Mart eating 7 footers in the paint, the JaTari Fusion disrupting passing lanes, and all the fast break dunks our fellas are gonna get this year. PUT IT IN MY VEINS!!!
