[ShamsCharania] The Hornets and Miles Bridges have allowed his $7.9 million qualifying offer to expire, sources tell me. Miles Bridges remains a restricted free agent.

The deadline was Saturday for the QO to be signed. There was a possibility that the QO could be extended until March 1 with both sides agreeing to extend it however, this did not happen. There is no information on Miles Bridges return to the NBA.

Considering the fact if he IS suspended, which he likely will, the clock of suspensions will only start when he is actually on an NBA team, this is very strange to me. Nobody wants to sign a guy who will be suspended 60 games

Imagine melo and wembanyama together šŸ˜³

No way NBA lets this dude return this season. But if heā€™s not in prison heā€™ll be back in the league next year, teams will look past it.

Iā€™m surprised. Now heā€™s just going to make $0 this year and it seems like this would increase the odds that heā€™s suspended next year in addition to a de-facto suspension this year.

ā€œThe Cleveland Browns have signed Miles Bridges to play tightendā€

Doubt he plays this season at all.. Should go to jail but prob won’t since he’s rich… Crazy that his dumb ass fumbled 100M, scarred his ex(i hope she left him) girlfriend, and child for life smh

Why wouldn’t he sign it? Just from his perspective why not make the league suspend you while you’re already untouchable and try to come back next year or later

He should have signed his QO, gotten suspended for the year, then been a UFA.

  9. Would instantly take him. Too bad he cant play.

The first sign that he’s available he’s Lakers bait right?

Ngl, if Iā€™m Pelinka, Iā€™m desperate enough to pick him up if he doesnā€™t get banned

Good. I would rather lose every game this year than watch him play for the Hornets.

The amount of desperate fans (mostly lakers fans) salivating over the chance to sign a women beater is truly disgusting.

This dude should be out immediately lol

  16. MrBigConspiracy

He should never be allowed to play again.

They blackballed tyreke evans but theyā€™ll let bridges stay in the league thatā€™s crazy

  18. Don’t know why you’d sign a player who is a piece of shit, would be a media nightmare to deal with, and will be in jail soon.
