You lack the work ethic and part of that might be because you are a YouTuber. It must be very time consuming. However, if you want to go pro you have to devote your whole being to the game. Practicing everyday and polishing every single basketball skill there is to polish. You have an average size to become a basketball player which I can't say for myself. With that height you have more opportunities than shorter people. All you need now is the dedication.
