This was *technically* a basketball game

  2. ThisAnswerIsLit

This game should not have been close lol

  3. People are going in but ignoring that teams are playing their starters all three quarters against our 4th unit for easy wins.

  4. footballer1709

I just want us to win at least just one preseason game 😭

  5. Trillman04

Other teams are going so try hard, with having to play their starters damn near til the end of the 3Q against us

Idk who needs to hear this but PLEASE GIVE HUFF MORE MINUTES!!! Dude got 7 rebounds in 12 mins!!!

Can anyone recap anything good that happened?

Good start to every game so far lol. Lonnie’s passing off dribble penetration was probably his best features. Lot of in-rhythm jumpers that were just way off so likely some rust and some lack of shooting talent there. Definitely a high-flyer and I think he could become an energizer for the team and the fans.

    My thoughts on tonight:

Bryant was just bullying his way to the free throw line tonight and actually looking like a serviceable center with his rebounding and inside presence. Might be too soon to say he’s dog shit after just last game.

Swider is dog shit. He can be a g league stud but can’t buy a bucket in real nba defenses.

Christie looked okay at times. Was good first half but then chucked too much. Think he could get better with like 10 min a night during the season.

Walker signing was overhyped. This dude cannot defend at all (he’s one of the worst guard defenders in the league look it up) or shoot for shit. Only thing is he’s an athletic freak.

I’ve supported wenyen last year with the garbage season we had, but he’s overhyped in the lakers fan base. I’m starting to sour on him. The dude can’t make free throws. Can’t make threes. Misses dunks. Can’t dominate in the paint. And isn’t a good rebounder. Yeah he seems to hustle hard and show effort, but I don’t think he’s making a huge impact on defense especially w how much he fouls. He’s a 10th or 11th man w limited minutes at best.

    SPJ is dog shit.

I like JTA. Hopefully he’s not hurt. One of the only rotation pieces who looks good

Twolves I think r massively overrated. I think they’ll still be in the play in. Lost so much depth for gobert. Vanderbilt, pat bev, Malik Beasley, and their 1st round pick in this draft. Plus future picks. Gobert does nothing on offense, and he only camps in the paint to shot block. He rarely goes out to the perimeter to defend. Dude is overrated asf.

Terrible pairing w KAT too. They’re gonna be the slowest front court in the league and run out in transition on the fast break.

And I think ANT is overhyped asf. Like yeah he’s good but dude is so inefficient. Dude just chucks sometimes and has terrible shot selection.

LW4 showed flashes but looked rusty. The thought of him and Nunn coming off the bench to light it up seems promising. Good to see Bryant get back into a rhythm and hopefully JTA is ok

lots of good looks tonight generated by unselfish ball movement but also lots of bricks lol

It’s just the pre-season, but it’s also the pre-season for everyone else.

Suns are trash lol. Even the thunder blew out the 36ers. Would not be surprised if they drop of a cliff this season and end up in the play in. Shot creation is a struggle for that team
