But unless the rule of law has been suspended in Cali, then the DA has no choice but to file charges. The DA doesn't need the "victim" to file a complaint with police when irrefutable video evidence is available to the world. Where in the CA penal code does it say that basic legal principles don't apply in pro sports practice facilities?
