Imagine David Lee knocking Draymond’s ass out in 2014 when he was on his way up. That shit would’ve never happened then because of the nurturing environment we built in particular to develop guys like Draymond only for him to turn around and do this to the generation that’s coming after him.
You wanna talk how you want to be extending the dynasty beyond the trio? You do the things that you did when you were developing the trio. We did it right. You know what we did then? We got rid of guys like Draymond and whatever the fuck he’s turned into now.
The way I see it, he’s made it very simple: as long as Draymond is here from this point on, Lacob’s two timeline plan will be broken. If Poole really is Steph 2.0 like this sub believes, then get rid of Draymond by treating him like Monte he’s 2.0.
Cut the cancer out before it metastasizes.
It’s interesting that our dynastic run has always been brought back down to the reality of the modern NBA by Draymond at it’s relative peak.
