On behalf of all actual raptor fans, we would like this post to be dedicated to all the casuals on this subreddit freaking out after one preseason loss
Seriously. Please top overreacting, it’s preseason. Shit happens good and bad all the time during preseason. This is like everyone overreacting to Fred and Pascal struggling at the beginning of last season
I think some of the real Raptor fans are the ones recognizing that we are still struggling with things we did last year, and it’s not just one game. It has been the 3 preseason games so far, where our starters have struggled to showcase they are capable of shooting.
Do we realistically think we are going to stink it up? No. Do we know it’s preseason? Yes. What real Raptors fans have wanted to see was us at least hitting FTs. I know there is still rust to shake off, and many of us know we are making the playoffs, but there has been no indication of improvements in those 2 places. That is what preseason is for, to showcase the fact they can hit those open shots
