Maxey is really showing out here in this preseason! It is never something to take heavily, but it is a great show of what is likely to come!
Only thing he needs to work on is his defense, he still gets too excited on that and jumps at the first fake it seems.

Why can't Maxxey keep his feet together when shooting?
Why does he spread his legs? Even in workouts you see this.
I get off the dribble shooting but, catch and shoots should look flawless from high school, no excuses.
I do NOT agree with your comment (@4:35) re Maxey's ceiling pertaining to his height (6'2") for two reasons among many more I'm assuming but of the top of my head, the current 6' 2" NBA SUPERSTARS named Lillard & Steff!!!
