They problem is tht they not even setting up the type of offense for him. They keep him in one spot to wait for the ball and he goes for rebounds. They dont set up no picks for him nothing. He's a spot-up catch and shooter. And they never give him the opportunity for a cacth and shoot.

Gelo gotta move more without the ball, he's always standing in the corner every play waiting for his teammates to draw defense. It might just be the way the offense is drawn up for them but he should really try to cut baseline more, set off ball screens, and play more towards the free throw line/top of the key.

I don't understand the hate. People act like he's playing like a scrub. What are you supposed to do with 4 minutes and 1 touch? Two points? He did all that anyone would have been able to do. They're just trying to appease Lamelo by acting like they're giving him a shot. It doesn't matter who you blame it on, because at the end of the day if the organization tells other players to pass him the damn ball that's what they're going to do. It's not on the players. Wake up. If the person thats signs your paycheck tells you to perform a task a certain way that's what you're going to do. They've either been told not to give him the ball, or they just haven't been told anything at all. I definitely clear that nobody in the front office is telling anyone to pass him the ball or telling the coach to give him any quality minutes.

I don’t see the point of bringing someone up just to sit them on the Bench. It’s preseason so there’s nothing to lose and the hornets are losing every game anyways so why not give gelo or any other player called up that’s getting hoed some actual playing time. And and an actual opportunity to show their skill set
