However, it would’ve sent a huge message to Draymond and to the fans that in no way shape or form do they tolerate assault within their organization. Especially among players. It’s not my place to say they didn’t protect JP enough because I don’t know how he feels, but I just wish they took the chance to create a strong boundary between Draymond and his experience with the team, the warriors, and the NBA. Because once you take things as personally as he did.. consequences have to exceed any possibility of being back with the team again in a timely fashion.
