    “Stop overreacting”

Stop defending a player that’s selfish. Get him out of here. Give him the John Wall treatment until he’s traded

  2. dirtykirty3

Dude is garbage whether he is in the huddle or not. He needs to be off the team he doesn’t fit the team

  3. EnergyFax

Don’t care dude is trash, even if we disregard his antics. He’s the worst 3 point shooting guard and worst free-throw shooting guard in the league that’s a turnover machine and plays no D. This stuff is just toppings onto a creamy shit cake.

  4. Snoo-16797

So he’s always been selfish and bad. Cool.

  5. ihateeuge

You would think Westbrook banged some moms by how much butthurt is in here

  6. GroundbreakingSir893

Cool so being a dk before means it’s still cool?

    Ok

  7. audioaxes

so evidence that he’s always been a crappy teammate? got it!

  8. n3moh0es

one preseason game and everyone nervous again lol

  9. Unfair_Insect8077

This just shows Russ was always a selfish asshole, which is still bad.

  10. LakersFan15

Does this mean he was always a self-serving douche? Not sure what I’m supposed to do with this information tbh.

  11. Apart-Bad-5446

Nah, you’re a piece of shit if your teammates are trying to huddle up and encourage the team and you are actively preventing them from doing that. AD even had to grab him.

He’s playing with Bron…. if Bron is willing to do it, Russ has no excuses. Who does he think he is?

  12. His selfishness is nothing new. I think the most casual NBA fan knows that. At least back then he was in his athletic prime. Now that he’s in the tail end of his career, his selfishness and low basketball iq stick out like a sore thumb.

  13. Positive_Narwhal_419

Lakers hate this guy for no reason 🤣

  14. PowerSpectralDensity

Might’ve been ok for these other squads, but I’m sorry this is the fcking LA lakers. You’re in the spotlight for everything. Players are held to a higher standard and shit like this matters. You can justify it using the past, but it didn’t make it right then, and certainly makes it look worse now given the situation.

  15. Dumbo_Mutombo

If Kobe did this y’all would be hugging his nuts and talking about how this is how he got locked in. It’s just how he is, relax a little

  16. LaiJonJon

Besides all the media storm he is getting, I’m curious – why does he bypass the huddles in general?

Edit: bypass isn’t the best word but I guess why does he run off to take his warmups off, personally have not seen that before

  17. Character_Safety_519

Genuine question, why does he do this? Do other NBA players do this or is it just a Russ thing?

  18. jrwilson717

I mean either way it is kind of weird. Saying someone has done something in the past doesn’t justify it. I get it’s just preseason but it’s never to early to build chemistry.

  19. BaullahBaullah87

so he was always a bad teammate, got it

  20. retrograderevolution

Any evidence to ease our concerns about last year?

  21. SnooRevelations6632

Okay so explain the huddle part in game

  22. HeliosGreek84

Bartender? I’d to have what OP having.

  23. proteinMeMore

If you think this is the reason why laker fans are upset you missed the entirety of last season

  24. WinterCareful8525

This is so dumb.lol. Russ is my favorite player, but it’s obvious there are too many guards and not enough complimentary role players. Rob needs to give up the picks and end this toxic mess. The second things don’t go 100% people are cutting clips and analyzing pre-season.

  25. Bipolar1324

Explain the not being in the huddle when pat bev called a huddle during a foul break. Thats regular routine too?

  26. black-rhombus

The fanbase wants him gone so bad that they really don’t care. Anything they can cling on to, they will cling on to.

  27. raobj280

Lol there’s also evidence of him throwing up bricks every shot for the past 5 seasons in the NBA, tons of evidence too.

  28. Zealousideal-Load-64

Oh ok so we good now with everything else 😂
