  1. Im taking the second best player in the Finals over what i've seen in PRESEASON…just saying… Still excited about the yungins tho

  2. One of the things to remember about the Warriors is that they are a defensive team. All but one of their Chip years they were ranked in the top 2 – (twice as the 1 rank defense). The better role for Wiseman Kuminga combo is as second unit offensive threat. Add that to Poole, and its a second unit that can press teams and keep pace with many on offense.

First unit has plenty of offensive firepower and can stretch the floor. It needs Looney for defense and facilitating. Wiseman is decent, but as a young big is prone to pick up fouls very easy, especially against some of the larger rim driving guys in the league. (Kuminga too and both have fouled out a few times in preseason work). Draymond plays their defense scheme well in combo with Looney, they can control the interior while working outside for Curry and Klay. Kunimga-Wiseman combo need a Steph, Klay or Poole for the balance they want to open those lanes up and a Wiggins or Draymond to help them on defense – at this stage.

The Warriors will go small for a good 10 minutes a game with neither on the floor, so we are talking about splitting 38 minutes at most at center. And Kerr is situational with the Center and PF rotations. He has a lot of options barring injury that he will be finding combos in that work against certain defenses for the playoffs. So long as they are in the top 4 seed, I expect lots on young player floor time in the regular season.

I do think the combo will get some starts this year, just based on their standard back-to-back starter resting and the age of the core 3 guys. I do think Looney and Wiseman will get switched in and out based on match-ups. But for all their gifts, the young guys (except Poole) need some polish on their game before they can really start and not impact the Warriors main things on offense and defense. Those main things are proven to win chips.

  3. Aint gone lie to u gang lets slow down this waa one of the first games we saw wise and kuminga work well with eachother, jk still has more to learn with his slashing and positional awareness. Jps value does not get lowered if jk bexomes a better defender passer and rebounder that just impacts contracts like draymonds but jk has to prove he can be that guy and be trusted to close out games and also no way hes not better than wiggins rn no offensive back and wiggs in playoffs is a diff beast

  4. Wiggins is the much better player. Kuminga's lack of shooting drops him from both Poole and Wiggs. JK is gonna get fouled a lot this year can he make a free throw, make teams pay for fouling him?

  5. With this much depth in talents, the GSW is gonna have fresh legs come playoffs.

  6. I love this young warriors lineup, I’m more excited watching them develop than watching the flow of the starters but slow down on the Kuminga>Wiggins talk till he can lock up the best players in the league when it matter most in the playoffs, but he’s got a lot of potential

  7. you are aware that they lost the game….. and its almost impossible to lose in chase center if your giving any effort. the crowd basically gift wraps you a win (thats why they are like 14-1 in the playoffs)

  8. Well Kumminga is a baby lion turning into the head lion… His D lately has been Dre like scary. His passing impressive. Wiggs still had amazing playoffs but he had got to be this kid is coming for my job. Wiseman makes it impossible for teams to double Steph or Kumminga unless you want a dunk contest

  9. Denver and Lakers blew this 2nd squad team our the water so what are you talking about. The Lakers went 1 & 5. They got a long way to go.
