No, absolutely not, and Bob admitted as much himself. The huge issue next year will be what happens with Draymond. And as soon as we deal with that, the issue becomes Klay’s extension and eventually Steph’s vs. us needing to begin paying at least some of our guys who are currently on rookie contracts.
And there will almost certainly continue to be churn among the veteran FA guys. It’s Catch-22. If we can afford them and they play well, they play themselves out of a salary we can afford, or in some cases would even be ALLOWED to pay them. If they play poorly, then WE don’t want them to stay.
