Mike Tomlin had a great interview in response something Ryan Clark said about the Steelers on ESPN:

His work ethic is going to be the biggest deciding factor on how good he can be. He showed a bunch of flashes last year even while being mostly lost in the system. He’s also appeared to not care as much in g-league/summer league games which can be the best times to learn. If he dedicates himself to improving as much as possible he will be an absolute star
