  1. Joe Harris the next Klay Thompson with that elite defense

  2. SwishBreak

Good news: We arent 1-6 and aren’t worse than the Lakers. Joe Harris just had the best defensive game of possibly his career

Bad news: We still look like shit, have statistically the worst defense in the league, Nash just saved his job for the next 2 months and another player just had a season high against us

Side note: Ben Simmons is neither a positive or a negative to this team right now. We looked the exact same

  3. laflameitslit

my wife and children have officially returned to my home

  4. We won!

Love to see the team’s focus on defense this game. Hopefully, we can ride this wave and get more Ws

  5. mMounirM

(Raps fan) Watanabe in closing lineups. He earned it

  6. Sloppy win but we take those. Our inability to close out games is incredibly worrying, always has been and always will be until something changes. Loved the hustle from Clax, Yuta, Joe today.

  7. clutchhattrick

Win is a win. Claxton is a stud

Sharpe and Nash are fucking ass cheeks

  8. shoutsoutstomywrist

Ignore that we almost blew our lead in the 4th

To the Pacers, a team that I now will see in my nightmares

  9. TheMoorNextDoor

Nash job is saved for at least 10 more games

  10. MostlyLostTraveler

Ha, KD always checking the box score

  11. -ChowMein-

we nearly choked a 24 point lead to a lottery team

  12. Haunting_Rip4512

KD and kyrie putting up monster games is definitely not sustainable.

  13. mharri05

Special thanks to James Johnson for continuing to be the worst player in the nba.

  14. whatever. do it again tomorrow and i’ll start to feel like we’re trending up

  15. GuessTraining

Kyrie needs to stop taking the 3s when he can easily blow past his defenders

  16. brook_lyn_lopez

    glad to get the win.

would love to see KD and Kyrie run some plays at the end of games. everyone but claxton seems to defer to them and they just end up taking contested jumpers.

  17. TheMoorNextDoor

Durant is 7 foot tall… how fking tall is Meghan? Cause she close to his height.

  18. Yuta is -16 on the Box Score but +99 in our hearts.

  19. depressedpr0phet

This W shouldn’t take away the focus of us being a terrible perimeter defensive team. We need changes fast

  20. Kaironvilla

Shouldn’t need to play KD and Kyrie nearly 40mins every night. But it is what it is.

  21. Shiggyreally

Idk there’s something about the adrenaline from almost losing a game that’s more fun than just fucking flat out losing every time

  22. ensergio

Pacers fan here, Irving and Durant are too talented.

  23. throwaway_5256

Good thing we didn’t blow that shit lmfao

Obviously a lot of the same flaws remain but we took their counterpunch and responded well. This team needed to show a lot more heart and did today.

Maddening to go like 4 straight late possessions with a deep bomb, but when we use the KD/Ky two man game with spacers on the weak side we immediately score. Maybe we should keep fuckin doing that

Joe playing a good role and getting back into the groove was great and YUTA earning the closing minutes at the 5. He’s looking like a solid pickup

Also big shout out to our 3rd star. 19/9/4, all over the floor on defense, strong finishing at the rim, catching in space as an outlet to the duo, and being an overall perfect complement to our two main guys. Of course we all know I am speaking about Nic Claxton

  24. Due-Blackberry-5069

Great Overall game! But I don’t know if that means Ben Simmons is sort of a nuisance on the floor or not. Role Players had a huge role in this W, Nic Claxton looked strong. Nash still his usual self. Let’s see how we do tomorrow against a slightly better Bulls team.

  25. GlueGuy00

We really need Seth and Warren off the bench

  26. FinancialsThrowaway2

That production besides the stars and claxton is god awful

  27. Greynevermatter19

That Claxton dunk saved us from choking lol

  28. Eat-Depay-Love

If Royce doesn’t hit that 3 with three minutes left or if the pacers played Mathurin more minutes the Nets lose. Nash should still lose his job

  29. Antguap19

KD and Kyrie once again saves Nash’s job.

  30. PhoenixValiant24

KD putting MVP numbers but our team needs to get wins lol

  31. mercury_risiing

HUGE fan of Yuta. From preseason and into regular season, he is just supremely solid. Doesn’t make mistakes, defends, can shoot the three. Even when the nets are whole, he needs to be a regular part of the rotation. Good player

  32. broooooklyn

If Ben can look like 80% of his old self he will fill the gaps on this team so well. An additional ball handler so Durant doesn’t have to drive so often, sorely needed rebounding and switchable on defense. Sounds so nice in theory but it’s gonna be a longggg grind to get there.

On the coaching – I am typically in the ride it out and let the team gel camp but Nash is so glaringly not coaching at an NBA level. Bring back D’antoni or make an offer to Snyder. I know Nash is making stupid money but he’s a sunk cost, just cut him loose and move on. Sooner the better.

Side note, Joey buckets was clearly giving it his all on defense and it made a real difference. Whether or not his 3 is on at least he’s putting in effort. Love that dude.

  33. Yuta has been great, one thing I’ll give to Nash is atleast he’s recognized that and is playing Yuta a lot
