If I had to nitpick the end, I would’ve liked olynyk inbounding to markkanen since no one can block his shot, that Clarkson fading shot is nearly impossible and I feel like we always see it at the end of our games

Compared to our other games our winning formula wasn’t really in this game. Too many turnovers, our offensive rebounding wasn’t that good and overall our shooting wasn’t good. Anyway I felt our guys battled it to close game. Friday next try.

We battled hard against a good team on the road who got favorable whistles all night and came up just short. Also fatigue has clearly been a factor in all three of our losses; tonight it played a part in us blowing a 15 point lead. The NBA really did us dirty with scheduling. Did they think we were going to be a bottom feeder and so it wouldn’t matter if we played a crazy number of games in not very many nights thus leading to more “scheduled” losses? Oh well, on to the next.

Some less bias officiating would have really helped we were almost there as it was. Good amount could have been cleaned up but we played good enough to have a shot.

We didn’t look as good as a unit in general tonight, and we still only lost by 3. Incredible
Vando’s defensive tenacity and IQ is off the charts
Olynyk is coming back to earth
Clarkson has impressed me so much this season with his leadership and passing abilities. 8 assists tonight!
Hardy actually made the correct call with the timeout with 3 sec left! Rookie coaches usually miss that. Good for him!
However man needed a better OOB play. A contested fading away corner 3 is impossible to make for 99.99% of players 99.99% of the time.
Also needs to try to adjust to different defenses in the moment. The zone in the 2nd quarter destroyed us. Glad we were able to come back from it in the second half, but he still needs to work on those on-the-fly coaching adjustments.
Sad to see Ochai out of rotation with Gay back

The defense against small ball lineups still needs improvement
