These next 6 road games are going to be killer. Luckily we’ve built up some wins already. It’s heavily dependent on when Dame comes back, but I would be really happy with going 3-3.
Sucks to have lost, but something to keep in mind is that overall point differential is typically a much better predictor of team success than plain win total. Or in other words, good teams don’t get blown out much, and it is a good sign that our guys pushed through the adversity and made it a tight game at the end instead of rolling over and getting blown out by 25-30 which was a very real possibility. This kind of game tells me that no matter how much we are down by or how late in the game it is, this team has the firepower and perseverance to compete.
