How about giving other black coaches a first chance b4 u give this guy a second, especially when he hasn’t even served his suspension yet, I’m all for second chances but like pple who committed a crime u should at least served ur sentence first. And I’m not saying he committed a crime I’m just saying he should serve his suspension Boston gave him for breaking the rules of the organization b4 he is allowed to get another head coaching job

People acting like Udoka is the only coach out there. Character matters. The coach should represent the culture. Think about the message they are sending to the organization. Yes, people need a second chance, but you don't dont reward bad behavior. It's called consequences for your actions. Welcome to the real world.

Okay. Better hide the wives and girlfriends. Society has normalized Udoka’s behavior because it was consensual and “everybody” has done it. No harm no foul and Udoka deserves a 2nd chance because of his success as coach. On the other side of the spectrum Mark Jackson continues to be blackballed because he wore his faith on his sleeve and coached that way. He built the GSW winning culture that Kerr has taken to 🏆🏆🏆🏆. We cool if you’re effed up morally as long as you can coach. We don’t need any do gooders.
I hope Ime will have some honor and integrity and not take this job. He will earn more respect and save himself from more gray hairs!
