Stew offense is improving but his defense is awful any player over 6-11 has very easy access while in the paint.

Stew is always overrated or underrated. He is ok that's it that's all it will be. He can be very effective when he is not outsized BUT it you are over 6'10 and athletic he is a LIABILITY. When your PG is averaging about the same Blocks per game as your center that's a problem. He is not athletic enough to make up for his lack of height at his position.

Stew defense isn't bad!?? Everybody else's around him is… he can't defend his man, play help side for everybody else and rebound… you can tell he was getting frustrated with his teammates defense and rebounding in the last game with bucks

The problem is stew has to rebound, and switch out to the perimeter and check guards. He has to guard centers and block shots. On top of that he’s always helping because bojan and saddiq are getting beat. On top of that he has to set picks to get guys open. I’d say he needs help. He’s definitely under appreciated. We forget he’s only 21. He’s gonna get better
Stew at PF and Duren at Center is the key to a dynasty in 2 years. Bad Boys but much more skilled, let them gel together.

Stews interior defense was exposed against Giannis, and that is a problem cuz in order for the Pistons to get to where they need to go they'll have to go through him. Can't wait until Duren gets healthy.
