While I still believe there was a break down in the chain of command at some point within the Spurs organization that allowed for Primo to do the things that he's alleged of doing, this is pretty comforting to hear coming from Pop. Maybe there is more to the story
i want to believe pop but the fact that spurs waived primo means that primo is guilty. If primo is guilty then how can the spurs not know about this if the lady reported him? I'm not making judgements but it's a hard sell for the spurs.
