This was definitely the most wizards game in a while

  2. tonynumber4

Poverty franchise. We need to be paid for watching that shit

  3. Why does this team do this to me man, get my hopes up and then let me down… rinse and repeat

  4. Vswerve27

I’m out on WUJ. Team looks incompetent on both ends. They’re completely confused on defense and generate barely any open spot up 3’s. Impossible to win consistently like that.

Tommy has had picks 9,9,15,10 and hasn’t drafted a starting level player yet.

  5. initialsori

if everyone looks confused on defense all the time that has to be a coaching thing right? if it’s always one guy then it’s that guy’s problem. but damn near the whole team don’t know what’s going on. they’re always leaving an open three and when the other team can knock them down reliably the game is over pretty quickly.

  6. Finessa_Hudgens

One of the most demoralizing losses i’ve seen our team suffer. The definition of ripping the heart out of an opponent and crowd.

  7. how-bout-this-1

The Wembanyama Wizards has a nice ring to it

  8. that was horrible.

from the head coach to players to end of the bench guys.

  9. MrBuckBuck

On a positive note: Kispert is back & Deni scored with his left hand.

Edit: And yes, we scored 86 against the worst defense in the league (119.0 Def rating Nets).

  10. Joshottas

Something is off w/ the coaching. No excuse to get blown out like this at home by an undermanned Nets squad.

Wizards need a legit starting PG. BAD.

  11. Stunning-Arm-6761

We need to another chewing out from Taj

  12. BlahChemistryBlah

This was certainly a game that was played

  13. TheseFkingWeebs

Something about this coach, gm, franchise does not breathe confidence into the players. They legit do not develop them; players regress under the Wiz franchise. #fireWUJ

  14. Quadraple_Bypass

    so… uhh… gonna need Taj again…

  15. juggnrob

Got tickets a while ago, was really excited to go especially seeing Kyrie was suspended thought it’d be good

    Fucking waste of money

  16. PhoenixRedditor7

I’m gonna take a break from watching this team a for a little bit. This was a devastating loss, it’s okay to lose, but by nearly 40 POINTS?!?

    I’ll see y’all in a week.

  17. latterdaysasuke

The problem with this team is no longer just a lack of talent. There is absolutely no reason that a team led by Beal, Porz, and Kuz should lose by 40 at home to a team that doesn’t have its second best player and whose third best player is Cam Thomas. This is a verrrry poorly coached team.

Plays defense like they think they field the best offense in the league. Same ol story. Allowing too much dribble penetration. Inside help reacts and leaves perimeter defenders scrambling to cover multiple shooters. Zero discipline staying in front of their men in one-on-one defense. If the NBA has defensive coordinators ours would be packing up his office at this very moment.

On the other side of the ball, leave it to the Wizs coaching staff to respond to a halftime double digit deficit by scoring a grand total of 13 pts in the 3rd quarter. Great halftime adjustment Wes. He’s more or less a dead man walking at this point.

  18. tied for 3rd worst wizards loss of the century btw (tied with a celtics game from March lol)

  19. ProCommentBtw

Team is plagued with contract year guys all looking to get paid. Still in the phase where guys are competing for minutes/roles. For me the biggest tell that the team is poorly coached or not coached at all is the obvious cliques like Barton, Monte, and Kuz. They dead ass were out there only passing to each other, stat padding down 30 lmao.
It’s no surprise everybody else is going to be selfish whenever they get a chance.
    We’re so doomed lmao

  20. onigami_los

How does no one have over 5 fucking rebounds but KP!

  21. WizSkinsNatsCaps

Glad to see more people on board with our largest issue. WUJ is a bad coach.

  22. Adejimoh23

The thing about drafting kids into this league is there’s no way to project how stats, analytics, strength of competition, program they’re from or any other bullshit will translate to the pros. It’s all about the eye test. Either the guy a hooper or he’s not. Luka. Ja. Maxey. Derozan. Herro. Lamelo. Khawi. Tatum. The list goes on. These dudes were always going to succeed because it’s in their blood. You can watch them play 2 minutes and see immediately they got it. Who the fuck watched Johnny Davis crumb ass out there and thought he could hang in this league??? Rui is an athlete that’s tall enough with the absolute bare minimum coordination to just barely resemble a basketball player but he’s clueless out there. He’s not a basketball player. Deni should be a coach. Has a natural feel for the game but can’t dribble shoot or finish at the rim. Kispert best case scenario is a family dollar Kyle korver knockoff. Wtf are we doing here??? Porzingis is a freak with some skills but is awkward and easily bullied. Beal is a streaky iso scorer with a sloppy handle and a beta complacent loser mentality. We had success under wittman because john wall, nene, gortat, and ariza were not only tough, fast, physical, and big but because they all were natural ballers with phenomenal understanding of the game. This team is just a bunch of dummies running around pretending like they know what they’re trying to accomplish. Terrible team

  23. losanewy

Damn. Really wanted to like WUJ but this is just embarrassing.

  24. Medical_Distance9563

Johnny Davis is quite LITERALLY THE WORST lottery pick I have ever seen

  25. ThaTroubled1

It’s the organization. Remember how Tommy was going to change the culture? How is that working out? Remember all the playoff goals? Play-in isn’t good enough next time….. How is that working out? Any franchise that would give Beal that kind of money is just trash and that’s because the culture and organization is trash. Those are just facts. No one else looks at the Wizards as a successful organization. That’s why we overpay and under-deliver. Good players don’t come here by choice and there is a reason for that. Good coaches don’t either for the same reasons. We always have to take chances on people. Just gotta accept it and take small wins because the big ones aren’t going to come while Ted is owner.

Get used to this guys five more years with a no trade clause! The Washington MIDers!
