If I had a second favorite team it would be the blazers. Always put up a fight (except the 48 point blowout on opening night, but I try to forget) and the games are usually fun. Travel or not, suns shouldnât have let it get that close at all. See yâall tomorrow

It’s pretty hilarious how these suns fans are complaining about bad officiating and that final shot was a travel.
Portland had more points in the paint but shot less free throws that’s inconsistent with a team being favored.
On the final shot Grant was clearly shoved before he caught the ball. letting the play play out was the correct call but they could have easily called it a dead ball foul 2 free throws and the ball back.
When the final 2 minute report comes out I guarantee the blazers are on the wrong side of more bad calls than the suns.
Prime example with under 2 minutes left and the game tied Grant was hacked on a drive to the basket nurk got the rebound and also was hacked no call.
The officiating crew also didn’t check the game clock after the travel call before the final possession the blazers should have had at least another second on the clock

I dont get what was going on with the clock at the end of the game.
First they left the clock at 1 second instead of putting any time back on the clock when the travel clearly occurred around or just under the 2 second mark, and second the shot clock started way after he caught the inbound pass for the game winner.
I feel like time would have run out if the clock had started as soon as it hit his hands with 1 second left, but had they set the clock correctly there would have been enough time even if it was started right away, so did they just give a bit of leeway to make up for incorrect time or was it just an error by the shotclock operator?
Just seemed kinda weird to me
