  1. Y’all expected too much from the rockets this season, I ain’t gonna even cap. While I do agree on the product on the court not looking good, we a young team and I don’t think a bad rookie year or second year is gonna effect a player who is supposed to be a star in this league. Keep up the good content guys!

  2. I personally think we should take a look at Quin Snyder when we do fire Silas. That is assuming we don't promote one of own assistant coaches. I would rather see what we have with Mahmoud Abdelfattah or Lionel Hollins first, but I think a guy like Quin Snyder would def bring much needed structure to this team. Also of the opinion fire Silas now before he does more damage to our young developing talent.

  3. New coach that can have these guys winning not the team record look at the development. Matthew step back in progress. No size no vet as a point guard man list goes on. Look at ty Jerome playing with golden state

  4. Maurice cheeks would have been a better Coach they can play with jabari Jeff Van gundy would have had these guys playing better with would jabari Avery Johnson would have had these boys playing better with jabari any coach you ever coach LaMarcus Aldridge who not coaching would have had him playing better with jabari

  5. its the fit. almost everybody wants to score.. 🤷 need a playmaking 3 or pg. even Ben Simmons could improve this current line up. need just 1 wiling passer on the floor🤷

  6. Must suck to be a content creator for a TANKING team. You overthink everything and force contents.😂 In return I hope you sleep well at night making people hate Coach Silas the nicest guy in all sports. Rockets fans be smarter and judge Silas once the TANKING is over next year. WEMBY is the #1 goal of Rockets org pls keep this in mind and not overreact to anything Rockets do this season. I wish these content creators instead of talking about every game this season would focus more on WHO/Which stars or role players the Rockets should get after Wemby sweepstakes year. Who fits best with Jalen-Jabari starting 5. Like should they go after KD or Lillard… These are the topics to do with a tanking team. Not analyze each TANKING game.😂

  7. Everybody takes a different path. The only thing I see with Jalen is missing shots. With Jabari he’s not a complete product and will take a few years. Jabari shoots well. They max that. Green is great off the bounce and so they try to max that.

  8. The Rockets are still operating the same facsimile of maxing guys strengths from a percentage standpoint. This is still a version of Morey ball.

  9. Are we tanking? Not the smart play if we just run back history one season. If guys are alright to overlook young guys development/confidence for extra balls, I'm not down w/that. It's our job to push this team just the same as praise when we see it. I've been a Rox fan long before they closed The Post and I've been where y'all are plenty, but never this bad. There's not many media willing to ask the right questions now. Who's going to pressure the team to adapt/improve and focus on the young core's cohesion and structure/rotate it to fit their strengths. We see some of that, only now. And it's not because we were quiet.

So, don't be embarrassed about the things you can't control or reluctant to say the things that need to be said.

  10. I've been on the fire Silas bandwagon since that big losing streak at the start of last season at least! If he's not losing on purpose then it just means he's an awful coach! At least if he's losing on purpose he's not a complete moron, lol! The mistakes he keeps making are mistakes a blind man could see! I wanted Sam Cassell from the jump once MDA was out! I see the fanbase calling for Becky Hammond, hell I'd take her! Anybody but Silas!!!!

  11. Slias isn’t it the rotations and the offense it’s just been bad so far for the second year in the row. People need to realize that even though we aren’t supposed to be good this year. This team was to at least be improved especially with us adding Jabari and Tari.

We have showed no improvement in fact we gotten worst. Now I’ll give Slias credit here that the last game was his best coaching game by far mostly because he let Sengun run the offense.

If he can coach like that the rest of the season he might make it to next year. But for me I do not want him near Wemby or Scoot and I kind of would be disappointed that Stone and Frietta would bring him back.

I wouldn’t hesitate to bring in Synder or Kenny Aktsion or Sam Cassell to come in to coach our team

  12. hear me out. do you think silas let eg takeover near the ends of games because he wants the highest chance of winning the game? what if he’s not developing our young guys cause now he’s trying to win more games?

i’m def not saying i agree w silas if this is the case. i want wins, but i want our rookies to get touches too.

i was at the game on Wednesday against the clippers and bari took a good amount of shots. he just wasn’t making it. but with that being said, i think he also had an off night because he’s not used to it yet.

i just feel like there should be more player movement, but more importantly i need our players having each other’s backs. if a player blows by, help defend the rim.

like look at the cavs. i know they got taller players, but they’re always there at the help. their perimeter defenders aren’t even that good at defending but the other players got their backs.

i just hate it whenever i see our rookies having to make their own shots ALL the time. sometimes sure, but all the time is just like wtf.

  13. Coach Stephen Clueless has Sengun but playing everybody else and using Gordon in crunch time he should be fired immediately we're 1-8 😳 Jabari looks lost he needs a coach also

  14. Y’all killing it again. The major complaint comes from Porter and Green decisions especially on penetration. The ball must be kicked out to the open shooter every damn time. For reason those 2 think they can take 3 guys at the rim. The good leader or player makes there team better. Jalen is making this game hard on himself plus Kevin. Why is so hard to teach if you make that pass and your teammates hit that shot a couple times. Then your spacing is there!!!!! on the next time down. I promise you!! That man won’t leave to clog your driving lanes. Jarbi has to get stronger especially in the upper body, he can finish through contract now

  15. I wholeheartedly agree with Frank's perspective on Silas. Our high value picks need to look like future stars. I can deal with having a losing season, but the product on the court needs to look good. Jalen, Jabari, and our Embiid-like projects Sengun and KPJ need to look like studs.

  16. We should remind ourselves Stone when he took over from Morey, Rockets has no salary cap & no assets to build around but in 3 years with Stone the future is brighter. The only problem I see right now is how Silas running the team. Silas been here for 3 years & yet Rockets don’t have a concrete structure. They played like summer league team at best

  17. I think we r are like our offense have like no structure no movement for people to end up in the spots they just hooping

  18. The rockets act like our Big men Smith and Seguine suck or sum the offense need to run through them like the 90’s when we had mad max and Kenny cuz our guards can’t playmake for shit

  19. Tillman expects more wins than last year. Silas gone for sure if under 20 games. We have to remember last year's 7 game win streak was mostly that rag tag group of veterans with no KPJ or JG. It's not looking good for Silas. He needs to dumb it down some for wins versus his development ideas.

  20. Coach Hollins needs to come up with a simpler defense that works whether mostly zone or whatever. The offense will come if defense is effective.

  21. Just based on Stephen Silas offensive schemes we probably need a new coach! The Rockets are not going to win with two backcourt players averaging 20 points a game. The Rockets need a pass first point guard. This team needs a mixture of veterans along with the rookies if they want to have some success.

  22. Silas is trying to keep it simple. Most of the guys are low iq players so Silas is keeping it simple. plus the roster is just a bad fit as long as KPJ has the ball
