    I believe Steph and Gannjs are the best player in the NBA apart from if steph and warriors start winning then it going to be a debate on who puts more impact to winning Luka is good but am seeing him as a James harden Houston type player

    The thing with Luka is that he can not be stopped by different defensive schemes or zones because he is able to score or create an open shot for his teamate every time and that makes him unguardable.

    The most underrated part of his bag is definitely iq he always make the right decision no matter who's on him

    His steals and rebounds. He's got that pesky LeBron free safety defender role at times, where he's able to use quick hands or his IQ to disrupt possessions. Plus, his rebounds for sure. Mavs haven't had the best rebounding bigs past few years and Lukas rebounding and those quick outlet passes in transition help them a lot on a nightly basis.

    He is the best becuse if you wanna prevent him from shooting, you gotta double him up (even triple, cause he is that good) and that tears down any kind of a defense as his teammates just wait for a pass and have space and time to shoot and this is just problem number one. The best thing about him is that his ability to read the court means his team plays better not just himself.
    Not to forget, he is STILL improving, getting better and better every season getting closer and closer to the Championship title.

    His footwork and dribbling skills amazes me. Many players nowadays always travels and carries the ball. Luka gets away with it once in a while but the footwork differs him from any other guards or point forwards.

    He will legit post you up starting at the 3pt line – whether you’re a center or a PG. Never seen anything like it

    In the last year or two I'd say his passing and handles are underappreciated but I think more people have seen and appreciate those aspects of his game now

    Most underrated is his midrange/mid post work. He constantly gets compared to Harden, but this aspect of Luka’s game is not really in Harden’s. Moreover, Luka’s been really efficient in that area.

    The most underrated part about his game is the fact that he balances being a top 3 scorer with creating great looks for his teammates while limiting the amount of TO for someone who has the ball in his hands that much. Closest comparison in recent memory is that stretch in Houston with Harden. I would much rather take Luka’s ability to score and keep defenses guessing with passes creating easier looks for his teammates rather than harden turning it over 10 times a game and taking 40 shots to get 30 points and all his teammates are out of rhythm

    At some point, most superstars have their criticisms. Kobe and MJ and even Zeke were labeled as ballhogs, Malone and Dirk were labeled as glorified scorers, Lebron and Curry as chokers, Giannis as unskilled, Ben Wallace and as an offensive blackhole. That is just growing pains on the path of greatness. A tree that bears many fruits is the one who gets stoned. Just wait until we see his absolute prime. He's just 23 and we will see much more of him in the upcoming years
