I’ve been anti Myles Turner but you know what? Fine.
He’s in a contract year, is shooting 40% so far on 4 attempts per game (obviously small sample size though), undoubtedly solves some size issues, means less Dedmon minutes, and more rim protection and rebounding when Bam gets switched onto the perimeter.
Best case scenario he’s the missing piece. Worst case scenario we still suck but at least we’re getting off Duncan’s contract.
I’m all for it at this point he’s not the best 3 point shooter but at the very least he’s willing to take them and he can very much hit them. If you compare him to what we have now in a starting 4 Caleb, Caleb barley shoots and makes threes so i think turner would be an upgrade
