Yo, thank you for your video! I never joined the Poole party and couldn't see why everyone was getting on that hype train.
I kinda changed my opinion on the Jordan Poole contract. The Warriors should have paid him less & tried to keep GP2. Otto Porters come & go.
But as good as GP2 is, some team will always over pay for him in the last free agency. So the Warriors would be facing this same dilemma. GP2 leaving because he’s 29 & will likely only get this big contract once.
Also, Klay Thompson being overpaid as a has been well past his prime. You can’t let JP walk because you’re giving up too much firepower. So they’re at the mercy of Wiseman stepping up to lottery pick potential.
I think the big contract had gotten into JP's head a bit based on what we've seen so far this season. If he doesn't turn it around soon and step up even more, it'll prove you and the doubters right.
