Sigh. At least Jaden came to play tonight.

  2. tie_myshoe

I want some drama in this press conference not gonna lie. They need to call people out

  3. irishace88

Rudy and McDaniels were beasts but everyone else was so bad it literally didn’t matter.

Something has to change, let’s see what Finch does.

  4. ghost91372

Jaden looked great. Rudy looked pretty great in his first game back. That’s about it

  5. HolyLiaison

Blow it up and build around Rudy and McDaniels? 😂😂

  6. Sosa_Sama

I like KAT facilitating but he should NEVER have less FGA than Rudy

  7. the_devil_wears_jnco

its fascinating the degree to which this organization seemed to not at all understand the reasons why they were good last year. frenetic pace, spreading teams out and jacking up tons of threes.

all those quotes after the trade about how they thought if they had gobert vs memphis theyd have won were so ridiculous. if rudy was there that means steven adams is playing instead of completely sidelined. spreading it out is the ENTIRE reason they nearly pulled off the upset to begin with

none of this is a complaint about rudy he is who he is and he’s largely done what he’s done for his career. any frustration with him all season is completely misplaced

  8. FlammableWombats

Our commentators sounded more depressed than I was for the entire second half

  9. ChbbyKttns

Bunch of high-ego losers on this team and Finch is handing out minutes to guys that couldn’t care less about the team.

Stop showing up to games and stop supporting the team. Because they don’t care as long as they’re filling seats

  10. That first quarter when Kat and Rudy got 3 fouls really fucked the flow. Prince with a nice -22 mostly during that time. Wow

  11. Piano9717

Decent run in the fourth quarter but it’s so frustrating that they have to wait until they’re down 25 points to play with urgency.

Also it feels like everyone is making terrible mental mistakes at the worst times which was a problem dating back to the playoffs which still hasn’t gotten fixed.

At least they didn’t give up in the fourth quarter and put up a fight.

  12. Refs wait till the game is out of hand to add to the Suns foul count 🙁

  13. unwinagainstable

DLo missing a possession is the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever seen this team do.

  14. irishace88

They were down 2 starters and we couldn’t even keep the game within 15 points the entire night. Majority of our games have been over after the 1st quarter. I’m at a loss for words, it’s beyond pathetic.

Also hilarious the Jazz are the #1 sees.

    See you masochists on Friday.

  15. OGFN_Jack

Would do unspeakable things to swap Finch for Synder

  16. HackWaters

The way they made Mikal Bridges look like Kawhi Leonard was disgusting.

  17. scofieldslays

Ya’ll realize this team is pot committed at this point. With this kind of investment you don’t fold after less than a quarter of the season. And there are no “quick flips” when the draft picks are gone. So we’re gonna have to buckle up for next few weeks, even months.

  18. Glock26s

The wolves are -67 when DLo is on the court
    37% FG
    29% 3PT
    Career low PER
    COUNTLESS lazy awful passes
You can’t make this up, he’s still on the team starting.

  19. LegalEaglewithBeagle

What a damn embarrassment of a “team”.

  20. NYCWolves

It doesn’t matter we gave up 4 picks to Utah because even if each of those would be #1 overall for us it wouldn’t change a damn thing. We are Timberwolves fans. Remember who you are. Remember. Who. You. Are.

  21. Sam7sung

I’m so disappointed with Ant. He is playing like Timberwolves Wiggins. And this is another game where we shoot poorly from 3 on low volume.

  22. Able-Bodied-Virgin

Another game that shows Gobert is NOT the problem at all. Thank god we had him tonight. The guard play, perimeter defense (largely attributed to guard play) and our inability to hit threes is killing us. We need a reliable creator.

  23. Ant and D Lo are not playing winning basketball. Ant is getting schemed out of games and D Lo sucks. Both players are absolute liabilities on defense.

  24. Jamestny

I was told ITS TIME TO BE GREAT!!! This team is a joke and I don’t know if we can expect 50% attendance to any game the rest of the year that doesn’t involve the Lakers and Warriors. Great job killing the fan base

  25. srry_didnt_hear_you

Definitely need to shake something up in a big way.

If not a trade, even just the lineup. I just want D’Lo to come off the bench I’m so annoyed with him and his offense-stalling game. He did better tonight but only briefly was actually good.

Ant, man, idk but that dude has had the wrooong mentality this season he needs to get himself figured out.

    I still have faith.

  26. This game was really a revelation for me, I don’t think it’s the front court – it’s the guard play; Ant and DLO are problems. The wolves backcourt are getting annihilated on both sides of the ball. Dlo is a shred of himself and Ant’s regression is incredible.

  27. MaruhkTheApe

The worst casualty of this season has been the vibes. Last season ended in such a joyous and encouraging way. I couldn’t even tell you for certain that the KG WCF season was more fun than that one.

Now we’ve got a team full of guys who look like they’d rather be getting a dental bone graft than look at each other, much less play together.

  28. Gobert_Clamped_Luka_

That’s the first time I can remember seeing Rudy walk off the court without shaking the opponents hands. He looked really frustrated. He wanted to punch the stanchion at one point in the 4th Q.

No offense, but this team is REALLY dumb and needs to have better shooting from the perimeter to succeed with KAT and Gobert. When the Jazz were the #1 seed a couple years ago (and the #3 offense of all time), they basically ran Gobert + shooters using his screens and dives to get wide open 3s. They had 8 guys shoot over 40% from 3 that year iirc.

DLo looks like he’s never navigated a screen in his life before; it’s so frustrating to watch him be oblivious to the golden opportunities Rudy is giving him at the top, just to see him ignore the screen or do nothing.

Way too much standing around, no cutting off ball in general.

Defensively, too much watching when their man doesn’t have the ball. No boxing out to be seen, either.

There are like 4 rotation players who look like they never learned the basics of basketball. It’s crazy.
