Refs just have something against Chicago teams. I don’t get it.

  2. AdamWK99

This might have been the poorest officiated NBA game I’ve watched in a LONG time.

  3. Puzzleheaded-Kale616

More bullshit no calls for Chicago sports this week… Zach you need to chill chucking up threes if they aren’t working for ya…36 free throws compared to our 18 sucks 🙁

  4. cute2701

we’re 0 – 5 in games decided by 5 points or less. at least three of those games were influenced by the refs.

  5. Cougs6154

Can’t wait for this fucking 2 minute report

  6. somebodygetmemymoney

Forget the refs for a sec to see that our lineups in the 4th were god awful.

We played small ball early and let Zion destroy us at the rim for some reason.

We don’t put pat or Caruso on Ingram when he’s cooking us.

And our offense complete fell apart in the end where no one did anything but watch Demar.

What the fuck was the coaching tonight? A complete shit show that’s what.

  7. _Jerwin10

How are refs not held to higher standards? Criticize? Boom, tech. Boom, fine

  8. Another close game, another loss. Then again it’s very hard to win 5v8.

  9. DishonestAbraham

Same ref crew as Sunday vs the bears?

  10. mattmikemo23

Can’t lay a dud an entire quarter and expect to win

  11. GucciGump

We can blame the refs all we want but this is on Billy again. We play small ball with zion and Ingram cooking us and he makes no adjustments. Then his offense is give it to DeMar to force up shots hoping for fouls.

  12. ducksonaroof

    completely rigged game

nothing else to comment on, really

  13. How do you play entire game to ruin it with stupid turn over at the end

  14. MarkleFritos

I just smashed my 4K TV in front of over 30 guests at my watchparty because of the Bulls performance today. My wife just took our crying kids and said they’re all spending the night in a motel. This team has ruined my life and my party. I can’t do this any longer.

  15. Thatguy_Koop

I really dislike blaming officials. We turn the ball over too much and that turnover in the end killed us. But still. those refs were paid actors in the fourth and it really soured a good game.

  16. WetCharmander

Officiating has gotten to the point where I can barely watch games live anymore. Please just call the games two ways

  17. IMcFlyHigh

the Pelicans took 36 free throws, THIRTY FUCKIN SIX

  18. thisisjustascreename

Hard to win in the NBA when the officials spot the other team 10 points.

  19. DishonestAbraham

I’m sorrry but that was a fucking jump ball. Eat dust refs

  20. Ben_2703

    *extremely undersized guard on Ingram*

    Billy Donovan: this is fine

  21. UltraZavok

Not even mad about DeRozan dropping the ball at the end, not gonna give him flack for carrying us time and time again.

Refs went wild, we’ll go on a winning run again eventually 🙂

  22. FasterThanABuck

We’re without a shadow of a doubt a play in team, which is hard to accept because I think the players we have are far better than that. We let leads slip pretty much every game, we’re going nowhere unless we start adjusting that and manage leads

  23. youngsimba320

billy really had a 6’4 caruso on ingram in the 4th instead of pat

  24. OhiOstas

No reason Bulls should’ve lost that game. Blame refs all we want, but we didn’t take advantage of their Big 3 being cold/slow in his first 3 quarters… shouldn’t have even came down to late game situations. Going to be a tough L to sit on for a few days

  25. allknowerofknowing

The vuc clutch 3s with “VOOOOCH” in the background and the insane dragic to green and DJJ highlights all wasted in a loss.

    Refs were awful.

PWill should have been out there to match up with zion and ingram, not sure of Billy’s reasoning there.

  26. Pacman2933

After that non call when Pat got slapped on the elbow at the start of the game I knew it was going to be a loooooong night

  27. BullsChampions2025

This team needs to learn how to close. Bulls were a 4th quarter team for much of last season; that continuity is working really well huh…

  28. Milkboy1516

That was maybe the worse reffed game of the last 3 years, 4 straight quarters of just terrible calls going against us

I don’t even get mad when something like Demar getting fouled on that game winner vs Washington because it’s one play this was literally over a dozen plays of just bullshit. And they had us on the edges putting us in foul trouble to start the 4th, the techs, every single strip that was clean or not.

Maybe because it took so long for any of their big 3 to get going but it literally felt like we were facing the refs for momentum

They reffed us like the red in our jerseys was Kevin Huerter’s hair

  29. ExpertPipeLayer

Got out rebounded by 15 boards. Cost us the game. NO shot 15% from 3 and us not winning is disgraceful.

  30. Foreign_Tangelo

Without these refs this is a W no doubt, someone had way too much money to lose.

  31. LarrcasM

    Takeaways from tonight’s game:

    * Demar played super well and that veteran presence down the stretch is massive. Slowing down the game and being able to force fouls in there is huge. The inbound fuckup hurts, but the biggest reason we’re there with a chance is him forcing the ball into the hoop towards the end.
    * Zach looked really good driving tonight. The jumper wasn’t there today and it hurt though. 9-22 definitely isn’t ideal.
    * Vucevic got son’d pretty hard by JV, but I expect it whenever we play this team at this point. Man still made some really clutch 3’s down the stretch, but he got pissed off early and definitely never got back into the game until it was crunch time.
    * Pat looked really fucking good out there. Wish he had a few more offensive touches, but man was super strong on defense tonight.
    * Drummond definitely still isn’t 100% but was out there fighting and I respect it.
    * At the end of the day we got out rebounded super hard and it’s hard to win games like that.
    * I really do hate this kinda shit, but we did get absolutely had by the refs tonight. The foul on Pat that was missed at the start was egregious. Not calling the foul on Dragic a shooting foul is insane, etc…but I’m not going to keep going into it. They shot 18 more free throws than us tonight and it’s hard to win games like that.
    * We shot higher percentages from everywhere, took more shots, and had less turnovers. I still think we were the better team tonight.
    * I still don’t know what we’re doing with rotations. Javonte on Ingram down the stretch was never going to work well. Pat and DJJ were both playing well and somehow AC and Javonte are in there on 6’8″ Brandon Ingram. Sure, they’re both big defenders, but BI is a star player and knows he’s big. There’s limits if the guy can shoot and BI definitely can.

MVP’s for tonight: Demar with an honorable mention going to Williams

  32. webelieve414

Gambling is ruining professional sports. Don’t gamble on this bullshit

  33. no_more_jokes

DeMar has to be better with the game on the line. Billy just has to go. This game exposed the fact that Billy doesn’t have a game plan beyond “DeMar or Zach take a jump shot.” The rotations were puzzling. The adjustments were too little too late. The execution was abysmal when it mattered the most. Billy salvaged the culture post Boylen, and that was an important piece of the rebuild, but if this team is going to take the next step it’s not going to be with this coaching staff.
