Nets hiring Jacque Vaughn as head coach was reportedly 'not up to Kevin Durant' | NBA | UNDISPUTED



General Manager Sean Marks and the Brooklyn Nets removed Jacque Vaughn’s interim tag, and officially named him head coach. Marks said quote: ‘That decision was not up to Kevin. Kevin’s job here is to go out and play basketball and that’s what he wants to do.” Marks also said he has not talked to Kyrie Irving or his agent since his suspension. Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe discuss how Vaughn will work with Kevin Durant and Kyrie (if any).

    lets talk more about ben simmons HORRENDOUS play. I've watched almost every game and he refuses to dribble pass the free throw line, dosen't look at the rim unless it's a wide open dunk. It's pathetic

    I think they should go get Mark Jackson to coach. Mark is from Brooklyn if anybody could set a new culture there it would be a man from Brooklyn played for the NY Knicks and won't be afraid of holding them accountable

    Ugh, Nash didn’t succeed because he didn’t have a real point guard tocoach. Kyrie and kd are iso weapons who don’t game manage and they lost because there’s no one on the court to keep everyone involved. Nash coaching style never worked for the players they have.
