Jake Fisher: The Bucks’ interest in Crowder is well known, and Milwaukee has called numerous teams about Grayson Allen’s trade prospects, sources said.

A snippet from Fishers latest article for Yahoo Sports: https://sports.yahoo.com/bojan-bogdanovic-providing-value-to-young-pistons-and-potentially-boosting-his-own-status-in-the-trade-market-144138939.html

>The Suns weren’t able to package the right players to strike a deal with Utah, but Phoenix could still construct an offer around Jae Crowder’s salary if the Suns were to revisit obtaining Bogdanovic. Even with Cam Johnson sidelined through the new year by a meniscus surgery, it appears Phoenix and Crowder share no designs on a reunion any time soon.

>The Bucks’ interest in Crowder is well known, and Milwaukee has called numerous teams about Grayson Allen’s trade prospects, sources said. Salary-wise, the two wings do fit a direct one-for-one swap, sending Crowder to the new home he desires, and yielding Phoenix the rotation piece its seeking in return for Crowder. But a continued stalemate in Crowder’s market could feasibly push the Suns to alter their approach in holding pat for that key impact player, before this championship window with Chris Paul closes, and attach draft capital to Crowder’s salary if the right addition like Bogdanovic is on the table. This Suns regime hasn’t taken that step quite yet, or maybe they’d have already landed longtime flirtation Eric Gordon from Houston, with the Rockets’ known asking price a first-round pick for their veteran.

i don’t think swapping Grayson for crowder is a win for us

we have depth at SG and need a switchable wing/4, would be a great move

edit: i mean small ball 4/PJ Tucker role, because we have none on the roster

Seems like a stupid time to be playing the field with trades. Chemistry is high, performance is high, why do anything?

    I don’t like this.
Grayson is one of us, he signed a massive extension after only 3 or 4 weeks once he arrived.
He’s working with Bobby’s shooting coach as well, he’s part of the fabric.

Let’s give up one of the few shooters we have for someone who is a streaky shooter. Surely that will solve the shooting woes. He’s also splashing around like Magikarp so that’s a huge no from me.

  7. For fucks sake this again, Grayson for Crowder is dumbest trade for the Bucks. With the team healthy, are you seriously giving Bobby and Pat’s minutes to Crowder??? Right now besides the big three, Grayson and Jevon are the only ball handlers who can create shots. Also it’s just stupid to bring in someone toxic like Crowder. The man just refused to play for Phoenix because they said a better player is gonna start instead of him.

Crowder wants to be a starter. How does being in Milwaukee help him do that?

I’ll definitely pass on Crowder if it means giving up Grayson.

Man I really don’t like this trade Allen is good for us and great off the bench piece. Having the ability to swap him and Carter and not lose a step is great and shouldn’t be overlooked Crowder doesn’t add enough of a plus side in my opinion to warrant this

Crowder? The guy sitting on his butt refusing to play for the Suns? We don’t need that negativity on this team and we certainly don’t need a certified flopper.

I just made a post about this. Please god no. Crowder folds like a chair at the end of big games. Dude can only shoot Q1 – Q3. We have plenty of those already

We don’t need another forward/big. We need to upgrade the guard position off the bench if anything. But the way we’ve been playing recently shows that we don’t really need that either.

Might be a morale-killer to let a recently well played player go
