   Hate how mad people were getting over him smiling. With how fragile careers can be, I’m glad he was enjoying the time he had.

   And also – half the time he was smiling, it was his way of diffusing frustration. Super weird how obsessed people were with it

   Regardless of how it all turned out, he had a great attitude and you could tell he appreciated being in a winning environment after spending years in Charlotte. Had zero problem defecting to the Jays. Was he the best signing? Probably not but he made up for it with his attitude and effort when his knee gave out. That first half of 2019-2020 he was absolutely on fire…
