YEAH JAZZ! Let’s goooo! JC for 33. Loved this one, glad to break the streak

  2. Fucking finally!! Had to win this one with no PG, Kawhi, etc. for them. Got out rebounded offensively, but we got a higher % of OReb. Vando DD with season-high 6 OReb.

No better way to finish No Nut November.

  4. The part where there is only one set of footprints is where Clarkson carried you.

Wish I could have been there tonight to see this win instead of watching Monday’s collapse to the Bulls.

It’s no coincidence that our first win without Conley comes from a good showing out of both guards

As Z-Dawg famously said, “The clippers smell like weed!”

Feels good to get a W.

This might be my favorite sexton game so far he just did so much right tonight and his energy really fed the team when we needed it.

Vando too awesome game and non stop energy on the boards where we’ve been struggling.

Lets make that our longest losing streak this year.

JC’s kid’s face on his left shoulder was staring into my soul during that post-game interview

There were some pretty big growing pains, but I think Collin’s time at point guard with Mike out is starting to pay dividends. There were times in the second half where he was looking in complete control and was commanding the floor beautifully. Hope he can keep it up as the season progresses.

  12. A big team win tonight! I looked it up and the boys only had 24 fouls tonight for the team. I don’t keep track of prior stats too well but I want to guess and say that could be the lowest of the season so far.

    GAME NOTES:

Our starting backcourt produced tonight. Big win without Conley as Sexton went 21-6-6, and Clarkson went 33-5-4. Both were team high +19 along with Olynyk

I’m very surprised at the DNP CD on THT. Yeah, he was slumping the last few games, but he has generally been decent for us. Instead, NAW took his minutes and NAW produced. 11 points for us on 5-7 shooting. It’ll be interesting what happens with NAW’s minutes when Conley and Gay are back.

Bolmaro, Agbaji, and Azubuike all saw action tonight! all 3 did nothing, but still good to see them get some sort of playing time, even if it is the last 90 sec

Vando was a monster on the offensive glass. 6 OREB’s along with 6 DREB’s to pair with his 14 points on 10 shots. This is only the 3rd time he has shot 10 times or more all season.

Lauri had another great first half. He still ended with 23 points and 9 boards on 7-11 shooting, we just need to find a way for him to get more involved in the second half. We didn’t need him to tonight because Clarkson and Sexton both found second gears and turned it up.

That alley oop from Clarkson to Vando was toouuuughhhhhh

According to the Jazz broadcast, we are the best corner 3pt shooting team in the league, hitting at a 48% clip. Neat!

I can’t praise Sexton enough this game. I really think this was his best game for us. Only his 4 time hitting above 20 points this season, but his 6 assists and his hustle was fun to see. Him hustling and diving for the ball causing an offensive foul called on the Clippers ignited our 3q run.

Also, major props to Will Hardy for leaving Clarkson in the game after he picked up his 4th foul in the 3rd. After that, the Jazz went on a quick 18-4 run.

In the first half, I noticed we played Kessler more on the perimeter as a screen man, and sitting him at the top of the 3pt line. I get the role of being a screener and an off ball screener, but I would like to see him in the dunkers spot more. He did play really well tonight, +8 in his minutes including 4 blocks in 22 min. I love his minutes for the most part. He is still a rook, and part of growing pains is making sure he keeps the ball high off of rebounds and when he catches it. There were like 3 times tonight where he missed a dunk or layup because he brought the ball down instead of leaving it high where he caught it

Overall a fun game against a tired and depleted Clippers roster. We build a cushion above .500!

13-11 BITCHES!!!!! Oh and thanks Terrance Mann for giving us free CHICKEN
