Raps started the game sleepwalking. Poor defense esoecially in the 1st half. Eric said it the 1st Qs have been their achilles heels for the season even in gms that we won. Scottie needs to be benched until he is ready to be actively engaged on both side of the ball. He needs to play purposeful and impactful basket ball.
10-62-10 While the last game belonged to the first 10 (games where everything is going right), this game belonged to the last 10 where nothing was going right. Shooting & passing were atrocious and the defence porous at best, against a team missing two of its best players. I don't give a shit how much GTJ scored. For me there was nothing positive to take away from this game–simply flush it down the toilet and forget about it! I'm not panicked though. A super good game was offset by a horrible game. I just hope we get more consistent with just playing smart, gritty, competitive basketball with solid defence which is supposed to be our identity. BTW, Refs you suck!!! They only start calling the fouls against us when the game was out of reach. That FVV ejection was BS. We played so shitty that they didn't really need to do that to guarantee the Pelicans a win, but at least the game would've have been more entertaining to watch. Boo!!!
