The Pitt Panthers took down NC State in Raleigh, 68-60 to open ACC play. Jamarius Burton scored 24 points to lead all scorers in the win and added 4 rebounds and 4 assists to his stat line. Blake Hinson scored 13 and grabbed 8 rebounds for the Panthers. Terquavion Smith led the Wolfpack with 15 points and 6 rebounds in the loss while also dishing out 4 assists.
