Good win. The Lakers need more height, defense, and shooting on the perimeter and in the front court. They need to add 3&D wing defenders and another defensive-minded center. And then they'll be set.

Lakers are a Myles Turner away from SWEEPING, i repeat, SWEEPING the West. I am screaming months and months now that Lakers only need Myles Turner and not Buddy Hield. Turner is the missing key for this team 2 years now. He can unlock AD, he can space the floor, he can partner with Lebron playing pick and pop or pick and roll, he can defend the rim, block etc. Whoever knows basketball, knows that Myles Turner is the ONLY PLAYER who can make this team VIRTUALLY UNBEATABLE. Lakers need a BIG who can defend the rim, block shots and stretch the floor. Myles Turner is his name. NOONE with TRUE basketball knowledge wants Buddy Hield. Lakers ONLY need Myles Turner. He can unlock the beast, AD, they can create a non-flying zone inside our basket. The trio of LBJ, AD, Turner is UNGUARDABLE. What to guard? The pick and roll ? Pick and pop (Turner can also shoot)? The lob? LBJ going inside? Turner shooting the 3? AD shooting the mid-range? This trio (LBJ, AD, Turner) is going to create havoc. As for our defence, well good luck with 3 TREES waiting for you inside the perimeter and especially Turner (the no1 blocker on the league last 3 years in blocks per game played) and AD (the 3rd best).

We finally have a big three. There needs to be a lot more respect for Russ after the disrespect he got last year. This team is on the right trajectory. The scoring is coming easily but where we're still lacking is guarding the three. If we did a better job of that it would've been a blowout win.
