When AD is in, offense is ran through him or plays where the guards are downhill attacking the rim which gives AD offensive rebound opportunities.
Bron can ‘take over’ at certain stretches but he was very successful operating in the mid post and either going 1v1 in the paint or drawing double teams and getting a good open look. And if he’s hitting from deep then some heat checks are just part of it.
Russ leading the 2nd unit is probably the most important outside of AD. He’s getting really good look for the unit and everyone seems to be hustling hard with him as the leader of that group. And if he’s on, which he has been lately, he earns the minutes at the end of the game or crunch time.
