  1. tonight was a triple victory. Brooklyn rested it's starters, they got the win and trade value candidate's Patty Mills cam Thomas and Dayron sharpe all shined tonight 🔥🔥🔥🔥 😎

  2. Coach Vaughn has changed this whole team mindset and the big three of Kevin Durant Kyrie Irving and Ben Simmons have all bought in.

Veterans like Markief Morris and patty Mills have helped lead the young guys and helping them improve each day.

And guys like Edmond Sumner tj warren Yuta Watanabe and Seth curry have all become valuable scorers off the bench.

This teams depth is improving each day 🔥

  3. Some good strategy on Brooklyn part given they face Washington on Monday, if Bradley Beal isn't available, Brooklyn could opt to sit KD which would give him six straight off days until Friday and let Ben and Kyrie lead the team as a duo for Monday at least.

This could help KD get necessary rest and think about the long term and December 15 is days away 🤔

  4. Brooklyn still needs a center and the list is long: Myles Turner John Collins Jakob Poeltl Javalle Magee Hassan Whiteside derrick favors DeMarcus cousins Christian wood Mo Bamba and Nikola Vucevic are all available.

Brooklyn can get one of these guys using their young player assets and a veteran contract. Or they could make a big center upgrade which would cost at least one veteran depth piece plus a young asset or two.

Regardless Brooklyn is in a good position to make the right upgrade 😎

  5. Man I was watching the score originally while I was at work and I checked the box score and saw none of the starters playing and was like oh time to lose by 30. I check when I get home and see the nets won I was like huh 😂. What a great quality win. We needed it.

  6. Wow so proud of the nets I was thinking not to even watch but I caught it late I had to go back to see what I missed so the Nets can keep up and win without the big wigs.Nash would've done this now I hope they repeat this line up on Monday I am in awe great work coach I will sleep in my Nets t shirt tonight.

  7. Message here 👉👉 We need to do a few of these games over the year to rest especially KD and Kyrie. I think the Spurs game is the next.

  8. I believe we will trade Joe Harris for John Collins. Cam Thomas ability to score at all 3 levels makes him expendable

  9. Wow Wow Wow. It's time to reassess the entire team. Clearly several of these players need more playing time. If the Nets don't figure out to fit them in with more playing time. You will see them leaving to move onto another team where they can start

  10. There was a point where Sarah talked about connectivity & it gave me ptsd😂😂

  11. Winner winner chicken dinner. You cannot ask for more of a gift win than this. House money with out KD. I think this could really give JV some confidence in his bench. Loved having Yuta definitely fav part of the game.

Now on to the finer basketball points. Loved what Cam was able to do tonight BUT did he really show anything that we didn’t already know about him. Volume shooter who when given the keys to be high usage can score a lot but the playmaking wasn’t there much at all with zero assists and three rebounds. Still not sure he is type of player the Nets need with Kyrie and KD to compliment them.

  12. Proud of the guys. They really stepped up. Played hard. Big win

And seeing most of the starters cheering them on from the bench was cool too

Big shout out to Day’ron and Can

  13. OK, all you "big-time Nets fans" out there who have been WHINING at the top of your lungs, from back in the preseason, for the Nets to trade off both Cam Thomas & Paddy Mills to some NBA team or other, for "a basketball pump, even if it's a broken one", PLEASE LEAVE THE ROOM right now !😯😆😅😂😁

And oh yeah : GO NETS !!! 👍🏀🙂😁😊

  14. The weird thing about this team is that we actually have a lot of talent but it’s hard to showcase. It’s easier to show the amount of talent a team has when they have a specific system and play style so it’s like plug and play. Like the Warriors, Spurs or Lakers when they ran the triangle. It would also be easier to rest players. The problem with that would be finding players that can thrive in that system

  15. Man I swear Nets fans are some of the most out of touch in the league. There are fools on here that think that you can trade Joe Harris for a John Collins or Myles Turner straight up. These same buffoons think that Dayron is a good center despite him being undersized and having no ability to stretch the floor nor is he a mobile or good defender. The trifecta is they say that multiple non shooters on the floor presents no spacing problems as KD and Kyrie can do the shooting whilst Simmons and Claxton watch. These same guys told me last season the Nets would easily beat the Celtics. Yep I vividly remember the Nets sweeping the helpless Celtics. I guess reality doesn't matter!

  16. This team has potential to win the ship. These guys should be used way more for the rest of the season. No more Durant or Irving 35 minutes per game.

Mills and Morris should be brought onto the court every time Nets are struggling for the rest of the season.

You saying “One match in a lifetime performance by Patty” is a big insult to him. You obviously didn’t watch the Olympics. Patty is a genuine leader of young guys and can shoot the lights out when given the responsibility.

  17. Here's my 2 cents, if just Durant sat out we would've lost this game. These players were hungry to play is why we won. This group should play more together 5-10 min. A game or every few games to keep the defense on other team confused. Let them play only if they can be productive of course. I loved watching this game, it was old school Nets from a few years ago pre Durant
