Jerry Jones turned the Cowboys into a global icon and had continued to maintain it, even when they suck

Jerry Jones was/is way more successful, can still attract free agents, and has assembled a contending team this year.
Mark Cuban is just a piece of shit that doesn’t care about winning and players avoid like the plague

Nah, Jerry can draft talent and develop them

Not really. Jones is a real shitty person but has been fairly successful with roster decisions while failing with coaching, which has led to no championships. Mark is also a shitty person, though mildly less so, but has been about as unsuccessful as possible with roster decisions and the team won a championship almost in spite of his roster failures (I know he’s not GM, but don’t pretend like he doesn’t have extreme influence). Not to mention Dallas has a totally opposite free agency perception for football and basketball, so that changes things significantly.
They basically just cross over in being shitty people (all billionaires are) and being over encroaching in team actions.
