Reddish isn’t a shooter Evan is so bad on defense thibs took him out the rotation and Bojan is 33 turning 34 next year shooter but also bad defense

Knicks trade strikes me as lakers not wanting to give up the first round picks but make it seem like they’re doing something. Fournier and reddish don’t move the needle

Evan Fournier is absolute trash
I really believe now that they want to make a trade that does not involve those first ,at east until like Jan or Feb.They want to make a move to make the team “better” but they really want to see if someone (Raptors, Bulls or Pacers) decides to have a fire sale closer to the deadline.
I also get the feeling they probably told New York…that they would take on Fournier but they needed a 1st to do it and New York declined (for right now)
I still think we should do:
Nunn + 2RP for reddish
Beverly + protected frp for Kuz
Russ + 1 frp for a Charlotte or spurs package
Unprotected First round pick for Bojan Bogdanovic fucking hell man, fucking hell
These Contracts are all bad and simply don’t make it worth if you’re talking about first round picks. None of these players make the Lakers a true contender.
Maybe they add height to the roster but the Lakers need 4-5 more players in general to even compete. Not to mention AD and LeBron to stay healthy, which is a tall fucking task as we all know.
