You can go ahead and say Kispert’s game was bad, but I prefer someone trying and failing than Deni’s four shots in over 26 minutes.

If you feel down in life, remember, the Wizards are in a way worse situation than you are.
It’s a bad day to have eyes, that’s why it’s dark.
You can really see the postgame crew struggling to find new ways to explain what went wrong.
I would say it’s time to hit the panic button but that phrasing would make no sense since we’re already so numb to this lifestyle
This upcoming roadtrip is going to be real painful, especially if we don’t have a healthy KP. We have to think about blowing it up sooner or later because we all know we are nowhere close to the level of the Bucks or Celtics in the East. Trade one of KP, Kuzma, Beal and recoup some picks/assets while their value is still high.
Good news is Jordan Goodwin might be a diamond in the rough. Defensive presence that we need and Delon +Goodwin could be a defensive force if it works out as planned.
Best approach to take right now is hope for the best, but expect the worst.

I’ve liked Goodwin’s decision making over the last few games, but this is one where I feel like he was trying too hard to be a facilitator instead of attacking the basket with some conviction. I’d like to see him get up more than 10 good shots in a game where he’s the third best player, instead of watching Kuz take 20 bad ones.
I don’t care how thin our roster is. Dotson doesn’t belong in this league. Not a good shooter, not very good floor vision as a ball handler, frequently overmatched on defense. Basically just a warm body on the court.
And what the hell happened to Kispert? I was so psyched when we drafted this guy who was supposed to be one of the top spot-up 3pt shooters in this league. Over the last 4 games he shot a combined 5-21 from 3. Good for 25%. He’ll have a few good games of being absolutely lights out and then go on these long dry spells. No consistency at all for a guy whose job is just to shoot 3s.
