celtics are the team that lets dysfunctional teams and players get back on track lmao. we need al and rob ASAP. was prob Luke’s worst game. And Blake is essentially useless on defense while skilled teams have figured how to score on us while we’re missing our big guys

  2. -carb0n-

does anyone know what happened to our 3pt shooting? at the beginning of the season it felt like we couldnt miss, now it feels like last years finals with how much were missing

  3. Awkward_Street1708

Nice guy Celtics letting Leonard get his grove back

  4. The only takeaways from this game is that Kawhi is still good and our main guys seem pretty burnt out from this West coast trip. Plus we do probably need a 3rd big since Mazzula doesn’t seem to really trust Kornet very much.

  5. Brad-Stevens

    Get right game tomorrow

We not shooting like shit 3 games in a row

  6. whysoserious50

That sucked. We shot like ass from 3. With all that being said if we beat LA tomorrow it’s still a successful road trip

  7. Every time the 3 point shots aren’t hitting it feels like it’s a loss

  8. chinesefox97

Tough West coast trip especially still without Al and Timelord plus our shots aren’t falling. We need to right the ship the next few games.

  9. LordMcBucketz

Ugly game but I got my jersey signed by JB though! Lmfao

  10. COUGARCHAS3R

Got absolutely abused in the midrange and couldn’t hit open looks to save our lives.

Couple that in with some questionable calls against us when it was close and it’s a bad night.

Going to the game tomorrow and hoping for a major bounce back.

  11. justANotherHERO

Glad we got to kick off the comeback tours of perpetually injured aging superstars whose first names start with K on this trip

  12. Mysterious_Ad7559

Our starters are going to be so gassed tomorrow. They were kept in WAYYY to long

  13. BradyGronktd1287

Team needs some toughness at the end of the day playing way too soft on both sides of the ball. Too many 3pt shots and not attacking the basket

  14. _PercCobain_

This makes me glad I forgot about this game and didn’t watch it

  15. iAmTheRealLange

    It’s 1AM and I’m angry.

    Let’s do it again tomorrow.

  16. stargazing1111

Grant and Brogdon looked pretty good, idk what to say about the rest but losing 2 games to the teams we lost to on the end of a road trip isn’t gonna lead me to make any crazy statements about the team and how far we will go. We’ve looked like the best team in the league for most of the season, yeah we’ve looked awful in the last couple but 2 games doesn’t erase the rest of the season. Still a really frustrating and shitty game

  17. Regression to the mean. We can’t be this bad offensively 3 in a row

  18. BoostMelon

Kick the lakers ass tomorrow that’s all that matters

  19. ProfessionalOne1364

It’s time to realize that our defense sucks not cuz of “muh injuries”. We missed timelord in our 2 first playoff series this year and we were fine defensively. Our shit defense this year is 50% coaching and 50% effort.

  20. I_Hate_Klutch_Sports

Tough first Celtics game to go to. Glad I got to see the boys, shame it wasn’t a W though. Clippers couldn’t miss!

  21. masteryoda7777

Tough consecutive losses! Need to bounce back tomorrow.

  22. Beantown00

The Lakers have actually been solid lately. If we play remotely like we did these last 2 games we’re gonna get blown out again

  23. vinreg33

    Back to back 🤮

Ready to get back on track against LAL

  24. masteryoda7777

Every time the Celtics start playing against the refs the other team’s lead doubles

  25. Jordanwolf98

Smart’s starting spot needs to start being up for question too. Last season was different as we didn’t have any replacements but Brogdon is better than him

  26. Evane317

Back to back Stormtrooper 3 points shooting against zonal defenses, and questionable defenses against ranged shooting teams. That can’t be good.

Lakers will smell blood in the water here and try to snatch another game. Team needs to sort things out soon.

  27. GrandJudgment

Garbage effort all round put this one in the rear view mirror and move on gotta get a W tmr

  28. fireemojishirt

At least the bucks lost. And to a much worse team than the clippers

  29. ChoicesMostEligible

I think this is our first time picking up 2 straight losses

  30. JaDamian_Steinblatt

Tatum needs to figure out a way to attack drop coverage. When the Bucks played drop against him in the playoffs last year, he didn’t know how to handle it. Fast forward to now, the Clippers played him in drop coverage and he still doesn’t know how to handle it. His main response has been to swing it back to another ball-handler for them to make a play, which is fine but it won’t be fine in the playoffs when he needs to put the ball in the basket for us to win. If you’re in the MVP conversation, you gotta be able to create good shots against any coverage. Look at Kawhi. It doesn’t matter how you guard him, he’ll find a way to carve out a shot that he can hit 50% of the time.

  31. Champion-of-the-Sun5

    We aren’t this bad.

But we aren’t as good as we’ve been. Team still crumbled under massive defensive pressure.

This team’s biggest obstacle, is, once again, mentality.

Tatum needs to prove he cares about winning. Talking about wanting to win an MVP and being honored to be in the discussion…. And then play terribly each game since isn’t a good look.

  32. GooseMay0

Mazzulla is starting to feel more and more like a Don Nelson, Mike D’Antoni clone. All about offense and jacking shots and no fucks given on defense. Also with a touch of Thibs with wearing his star players out and never pulling them even in blow outs.

  33. Love how the Warriors game could legit derail our amazing start

  34. Mordaunt_

Klay, Kawhi and Tatum all playing at their 2017 skill level recently…

  35. someguy31604

Oof. Clippers are good as fuck with Kawhi and PG for sure but this was just not a good time. The lack of Al didn’t help. Feels like the poor shooting from this and GS won’t last forever though. We’ll get a shot at them again on the 29th, extra motivation to beat them now

Fuck that game. And fuck the Lakers even more. We’ll see how they do in less than 24 hrs. At least they have a shot to wash off the stink from this one that soon
