Bro this turned from the WORST game of the season to the BEST game of the season
Anyone that said JT wasn’t MVP just watch tn. Blown lead and he carried us to victory down the stretch when it looked hopeless.
So I am at the game. And I just gotta say that the range of emotions I just went through is through the roof.
I have no idea how we gave up that big lead, or how we won that game, but I sure am glad I stayed up until 1AM to watch it. 7 game home stand coming up. Tatum MVP campaign is back on. Let’s get this train rolling again

We needed this road trip. This team got too comfortable beating up on teams with arguably the best shooting in the league. As we’re seeing now, it wasn’t sustainable. Teams are tightening up their defense against us and we aren’t getting as many open looks. We need to get back to how we won last year: locking in on defense. You could see us doing it to end regulation. The shots are going to come and go but we can always keep the opponents under 100 with good defending. Our big depth has been completed destroyed lately and having Al and Rob back will make a big difference. But we need to see a more focused approach to team defense so that we can still win even when we aren’t draining 50% of our threes. The effort has to be there equally on both ends.
