Edit: I also will say I wonder what Gupta would have done as GM. I admired his restraint over the trade deadline last year. He didn’t panic and make a win now move and the patience paid off. We saw Connolly come in and make an instant win now move without really getting to know the team and players.
I’d love to see if Gupta would have done the Gobert trade or if he would have shown the same restraint he did last year and have patience.
