How is KPJ a bench player? He is the most clutch player on the team, he gets points , assist. Rebounds & plays great defense when he’s locked in.
I understand he gets TOV’s.. the best players in the league are leading the league in Turnovers, yet most of them are more seasoned at their position than KPJ.
JG has been playing better but he can be very inconsistent & he averages the same amount of TOV’s as well.
He has all star potential not bench potential. Be serious

The answer to why we don’t play our young players is actually quite obvious just like we did k Mary last year it’s to devalue them to other teams in hopes to keep them on our roster . There is such thing as a salary cap 🧢 and we have certain players we are going to have to give max deals to such as jalen green guaranteed max contract possibly jabri smith ang if we secure the first pick in the draft in 2023 then Victor Wembenyena also will be a Max contract in the future which leaves limited resources to sign guys like Sengun , Tari and other key role players . So in all actuality it’s really a smart move to hide their true talent from the league or your either forced to trade them like what might happen to K mart jr just so you don’t flat out lose on your prospect . Unfortunately the NBA is more then just basketball it’s a billon dollar business to the owners and executives and to the common fan it’s just wanting to see your favorite players and what you want instead what it actually plausible and in the best interest of the franchise. So I don’t mind a few of our young talent riding the pine for a season or two while the GM figures out a way to sign them at a cap friendly number or get a reasonable payout on a trade . They’re playing Gordon to raise his trade value. When he gets traded it will open up more time for josh. Tyty will take nix minutes by the end of the season.
