    I’m just fucking sick of the NBA product

    For what feels like the fifth time this year I’m walking away from a game with the genuine feeling that I just witnessed the most staggeringly incompetent, pathetic officiating crew I’ve ever fucking seen in my life

    Team officially in a slump. It’s gonna happen. I know it sucks, but shouldn’t overreact. Shots are fine, threes are fine. Play the game that’s gotten us here and things will work out.

    Maybe it’s time to start worrying about our shooting. We haven’t shot over 40% in 8 straight games. Need our offense to start flowing even when 3s aren’t falling.

    Seemed like we got a bit complacent after going up big and then struggled to match their intensity. Good game by the Magic, 5 wins in a row for them. Gotta come out with some energy on Sunday.

    Also, you’d think Kornet was +10 and Blake was -10 the way people were talking about them in the game thread. Kornet was -10 and Blake was -3… Kornet wasn’t gonna save us lol

    We missed our 3s and got killed on the boards. Other than that it wasn’t that bad. 12 blocks against ’em. I don’t think we’ll play this bad again and I don’t think Orlando will play this good again. I guess we will see very soon.

    We need to start making adjustments mid game if our gameplan isn’t working. On either side. We just continue to do the same thing quarter time quarter. If you shoot 40+ threes and they’re not going in, maybe stop shooting them

    Reality check, we aren’t gonna make 3s every game, gotta be better on defense. Thats how we got to the finals last year and we are not going to get back by relying on outshooting teams. Last year we were regularly holding playoff teams under 100 points, we just gave up 120 to the Orlando magic. Time to go double big and switch everything like we did last year, if we can get our defense on track these games become winnable when the 3s don’t drop.

    We gotta realise that being the hunted every team is gonna want to beat us. They’ll get them selves up and bring their A game every night. We gotta be better at dealing with that.

    Abby is rock and walks a strong balance between goofing with the clowns she works with and keeping it professional.

    Wasn’t a fan of her years ago, but man she knows her job and does it well.

    She should work for Boston media as long as she wants to

    Eh this loss doesn’t bother me too much. Tatum and Brown didn’t play like slow selfish snails, which is the reason behind most of the other losses this year. Both of them played fine. Tatum’s jumper is still way too streaky and Brown’s court vision is still pretty bad, but they weren’t selfish today and that’s the main thing I care about.

    I’m just happy to see Rob on the court again.

    That was a weird interview with the couch. He seems a bit out of touch… the interviewer seemed to have a better grip on what the Celtics did wrong and what they needed to improve on.

    Couple of things I’ve noticed: 1) Brogdon needs to develop chemistry with Rob. The lob is there everytime he drives. 2) Brogdon needs to hit the weakside corner man (often Hauser & always open).
